Delivery methods

Our warehouses are based in several European countries; as such, all orders placed will be shipped from the EU (European Union) at indicated address.
After the Client submits an order, the Company will start processing it, by forwarding it to our warehouses, in order to rapidly select and send your package.
When the processing operation ends, the Client will receive a tracking number (AWB), in order for him / her to track the package in real time.
Packages will be sent out for delivery through FedEx or UPS.
Delivery times (estimative):
  • within the EU: 3-5 business days, depending on the workload of the courier;
  • within the USA: 5-7 business days, depending on the workload of the courier;
  • within Asia: 5-7 business days, depending on the workload of the courier;
  • rest of the world: 6-8 business days, depending on the workload of the courier.
The Company cannot be held liable for possible delays. For such situations, please reach out to FedEx or UPS, as all packages will be delivered with FedEx or UPS.
Verification is required if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the transport document, if the packaging is intact, and/or if the product matches the order.  If this is the case, the Client must sign the delivery correspondents with ”the right to check the integrity of the products”. If this fails to be completed, customers may not dispute the non-matching appearance or quantity of the product ordered after delivery. Lost or damaged packages are insured a maximum amount of 30€ unless agreed upon differently from the buyer and added as a note when making a purchase.
If the Client wants to change the delivery day, we kindly ask you to reach out to your courier and coordinate with him. We remind you that for an unclaimed package the Client will borne a fixed fee of 45EUR. Please refer to our How to return a product policy for more info.

If the Client proves to be of bad faith, in the sense that he / she does not claim the package intentionally, the Company will no longer honor his / hers orders.
